It's important to create spaces where employees can work quietly and without distractions. For example, we have designated quiet areas in our offices where you can concentrate and work alone. This helps to increase productivity and reduce stress levels in noisy environments.

How effective do you think this would be especially when you consider that there are other ergonomic solutions such as a comfortable office chair and a properly organised desk can greatly increase your productivity. It also doesn't hurt to add some plants to create a nice atmosphere. All in all, in my opinion, there are plenty of options to improve your workspace.
